What happens when you give musicians KT Branscom and Taylor Kraemer a Tinder account? They find a third, Katie Fischer, and start a band.
VIAL is a Minneapolis-based indie punk band made up of bassist Taylor Kraemer (she/they), guitarist KT Branscom (they/them), and drummer Katie Fischer (she/they). VIAL brings their genre-bending cascade of sound into electrifying live performances: Both at iconic venues in their home state of Minnesota and supporting/on tour with acts such as Mal Blum, Skating Polly, FIDLAR, and Jhariah.

“The Minneapolis trio has spent the past five years honing its brat-punk sound and getting drunk on the thrill of songwriting as a diaristic purge... [VIAL is] injecting more brattiness into the mix as they barrel out of control. That dialed-up combo will get your blood pumping like you’re present for the real thing.”
“VIAL have introduced an iteration of indie-punk...Buoyant and boldly confrontational, joyously queer, and adamantly self-assured, they drift from catchy, edge-infused indie-pop anthems to raucous tracks that assertively challenge the misogyny of punk music, and the greater industry.”
“[‘burnout’ is] the first album they’ve made as a full-time touring band, and you can feel the difference. It’s tight, strong, and just whips by with the adrenaline rush of a great punk show.”
